Job Responsibilities

As a Salesperson/Technician, you will work with personal sales over the counter, combined with repairs and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Your job will be to find the best solution for each individual customer in a humble and professional manner.

Other daily tasks include handling incoming/outgoing goods, material procurement, order management, as well as assembly and production work on-site in the store. Furthermore, you will perform service/repair assignments in our workshop adjacent to the store. The position also includes the possibility of dispatching with a SlangExpress service vehicle to support regular service technicians in the field when needed.

As Hydroscand values both our employees and customers, we train our technicians in a variety of safety courses, such as Hydraulic Safety, Work on Roads, and Fall Protection Training. In addition, we also offer several internal training sessions in product knowledge. Of course, on-the-job training from our more experienced employees is included.

Your Profile

You should have a technical interest and preferably previous sales experience. Education or work experience in automotive, pneumatic, or hydraulic technology is a plus but not a requirement. It is important that you have a strong commitment, are solution-focused, and have a sense of good service.

A B driver's license is required.

Additionally, we want you to have good social skills and the ability to create and maintain good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
